Darjeeling, also referred to as the “Queen of the Hills,” supplied breathtaking backdrops for a number of Bollywood films, including Barfi, Main Hoon Na, and Aradhana. Colonial-era architecture, created by the British, is still pervasive throughout Darjeeling.

Day 1 - Bagdogra / New Jalpaiguri - Darjeeling
Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, you will be greeted and transferred (95 km, 3 hrs) to Darjeeling. Darjeeling, once the summer capital of India, is a place of boundless charm and variety. You will get to encounter both the vibrant natural world and the endearing Himalayan people. It is the location of Dorje, the spiritual lightning strike of the Lama-Religion. This small village, which is surrounded by tea gardens, is situated next to some of the Himalayas' highest peaks. Take a break, then stroll around the area to explore the new culture you are experiencing. Hotel overnight stay.
Day 2 - Darjeeling local sightseeing three points (04am to 07am) and best points (9.30am to 1.30am or 2.00pm to 6.00pm)
Start early in the morning to travel to Tiger Hill to see the magnificent dawn and its astonishing effects on Mount Kanchendzonga, the third-highest peak in the world. On the way back to the hotel, stop at Ghoom Monastery and the Batashia Loop War Memorial. Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a half-day tour of the area's top attractions, including the Ropeway (entry fees not included), a stroll through the Mall, and a stop at the Local Market. The Padmaja N. Zoological Garden is closed on Thursday, the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute is closed on Thursday, and the Tibetan Refugee Self-help Center is closed on Sunday (Closed on Thursday). Evening Free for personal shopping and activities; stay the night at the hotel.
Day 3 - Darjeeling to Gangtok
Transfer in the morning (105 km/4 hr) to Gangtok. The capital of the state of Sikkim, Gangtok, which is located at an elevation of 5500 feet, is a lovely and clean town that promises the best monasteries and scenery. Free evening for own leisure pursuits; stay the night at the hotel.
Day 4 - Excursion trip to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir
The journey to Tsomgo Lake (12400 feet), 32 kilometres from Gangtok City, begins in the morning. The lake is oval in shape, nearly 1 km long, and 15 metres deep. The locals revere the lake as a holy place. The holy Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, honouring soldier Harbhajan Singh, is located 12 kilometres away. The evening is free for personal pursuits and shopping in Gangtok.
Day 5 - Gangtok - Bagdogra / New Jalpaiguri
Transfer in the morning (115 km/ 5 hrs) to Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station.
